1. Acceptance

By using the Divine Men Model website or registering for the webinar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the registration service.

2. Webinar description

The Divine Men Model is a free educational webinar focused on professional identity, communication, visibility, presence, and influence. It is intended for male IT professionals aged 27–40, but registration does not guarantee that every individual circumstance or career goal will be addressed.

3. Schedule and changes

The recurring schedule is Sunday at 11:00 AM IST, beginning on 1 November 2026, with a planned duration of 90 minutes. We may change or cancel a session when reasonably necessary. If a change affects a registered participant, we will use the contact information provided to communicate the update where practicable.

4. Registration and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate registration information and use contact details you can access. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide.

We may decline or cancel a registration where necessary to maintain the intended scope, security, or operation of the session, subject to applicable law.

5. Free registration and resources

The webinar is offered free of charge at the time described on the registration page. Bonus resources are subject to the descriptions and delivery terms shown there. Stated reference values are illustrative; they do not represent a prior selling price.

If we change or discontinue a resource, we will not knowingly misrepresent what is included in a new registration.

6. Educational nature and no guaranteed results

The webinar provides general education and coaching-oriented information. It is not a promise of promotion, salary increase, employment, leadership appointment, or any other specific career result.

Results vary according to individual circumstances, practice, workplace conditions, and factors outside our control. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. No technical, legal, financial, or medical advice

The webinar focuses on identity, communication, professional presence, and personal development. It is not a substitute for qualified technical, legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

8. Conduct and participation

Participants are expected to behave respectfully, avoid harassment, respect other attendees' privacy, and not disrupt the session. We may remove a participant who materially disrupts the webinar or violates these terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Recording and intellectual property

Materials we create for the webinar — including slides, frameworks, audio, video, templates, and written content — remain owned by us or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials for personal learning. You may not republish, sell, distribute, record, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

If the webinar is recorded, we will give clear notice and explain the purposes and access conditions before or at the time of recording.

10. Testimonials and participant contributions

If you choose to share a testimonial, photograph, or other contribution for promotional use, we will request appropriate permission and explain the intended use. Participation in the free webinar does not automatically grant permission to use your image, name, or statements in marketing.

11. Third-party platforms

The webinar or communications may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, email, or scheduling tools. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

12. Communications and opt-outs

We may send messages necessary to administer your registration. Promotional messages are sent only in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences. You may opt out of optional promotional communications using the instructions provided.

13. Availability and technical issues

We aim to make registration and webinar access reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, email services, internet connections, or third-party platforms. If a technical problem affects a session, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant next steps.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the website or participation in the webinar. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

[Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution terms — to be added after legal review.]
